After teasing fans on twitter yesterday with a ‘big announcement,’ it has emerged that fine fellas will release their brand spankin’ new single in two months! 1D worked on this single with the same team responsible for their smash hits ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ along with ‘One Thing’ — and word has it this single is: “an immediate, energy-packed song mixing rock undertones with smooth harmonies, about living for the moment.” — rock on! We’re also excited for the boys’ performance at the upcoming VMA’s. So much 1D!!!!

It’s a fun video that was shot from the set of ‘What Makes You Beautiful.” Way back in 1995, ‘Wonderwall’ was an immensely popular hit single from the boys of Oasis and definitely embodies that 90′s sound. It’s pretty cool seeing the 1D guys covering older tunes.

The gold for looking the cutest while performing at the 2012 London Olympics goes to.. One Direction of course! Harry, Niall, Louis, Zayn and Liam looked very dapper as can be when they hit the stage for a very exciting performance of ‘What Makes You Beautiful.’ It’s safe to say the One Direction fellas have had quite the crazy year, and this performance is possibly as big as you can get.
